Ionic CleanTeQ and Monash win grant, page-17

Joker, yeah the Ionic IPO, will push the SER SP up.
The only way I see clq obtaining SER'S 20 percent of Ionic, is if they launch a takeover of SER entirely, while possible ,I dont see them doing this.
Where I am less certain however, is the JV company between clq and Ionic, one would think this new company by extension would also lift the SER SP.
Will the new JV company be Launched immediately, or will they wait till the ARC research is completed and " the new improved membrane is validated ?

Meanwhile Ionic will have its Super Capacitor research to continue with, any significant advancement with this technology will be positive for the SER SP.
SER's minerals sands projects and the Saxby gold projects can both positively impact on SER's SP on more good news flow.

IMHO the next 12 months should be good ones for SER, irrespective of an almost certain Capital Raising.
