    The strange thing about the IONIC patent application is that Graham Kelly was the principal inventor, yet it appears that he has not been asked to contribute to the rebuttal of Examiner arguments. If this is a deliberate strategy, it is stupid, and reflects poorly on the CEO and Chairman.
