Happy to provide my 2 bobs worth, this Patent rejection is not significant as the real technology which is protected is the formulation of the slow release suppository, any other company trying to use the old Nox66 formulation with BMS it will not work.
The above is my understanding, but happy to be corrected if i am wrong.
And most importantly the FALSE information that CEP-2 trial is on hold is a LIE and not factual. ( this is a FACT and not my opinion )
