I wasn’t going to respond to your post ‘66 as I’m not sure I’m going to change your mind but your take on dilution beggars belief. As such, I’m going to try and throw some numbers out so no one else gets snookered into thinking you’re correct in your observation.

If NOX require $10m in additional funds, a CR at todays price of $0.092, with a small discount to make the raise appealing to investors, let’s say 9c. This would add 111m shares to total SOI of approx 293m. Making a theoretical SOI of 404m.

Now let’s say that this same raise takes place at the price of the stock when Dr Mautner took the reigns of $0.45c. $10m raised at discounted price of 40c would add 25m shares to the register for 318m SOI.

At 404m SOI, 100,000 shares represents a 0.0247% ownership stake in the company.
At 318m SOI, 100,000 shares represents a 0.0314% ownership stake in the company.

For a $2b buyout, at 404m SOI, 100k shares = $494,000.
For a $2b buyout, at 318m SOI, 100k shares = $628,000.

I know which share price I would rather have the CR done at. Apart from a few fluff pieces on twitter, NOX have been near on invisible with 3 trials over a year deep. The current state of affairs in regards to communication with investors and the SP is deplorable and needs improving. Easy to imagine the numeration policy getting a different for/against ratio at this years AGM unless things change quickly.

* Not to mention, if the SP had have remained above 30c, there are nearly $12m worth of options that likely would have been exercised, negated any further cap raise not already accounted for.
