3.2. Investment Objective
The Company’s investment objectives are:
•
to achieve a targeted positive return over a full
investment cycle (which the Investment Manager and
the Company consider to be a minimum period of 5 to 7
years); and
•
to avoid a negative return each financial year.
The Company will seek to maximise the total return to
Shareholders, incorporating capital gains and will pay
dividends from the profit, dividend and interest income it
receives from its investments to the extent permitted by
law and prudent business practices. Dividends are expected
to be franked to the extent that available imputation credits
permit. See Section 3.8 for further information regarding
the Company’s dividend policy. This is not intended to
be a forecast, it is merely an investment objective of the
Company. The Company may not be successful in meeting
this objective
3.3. Investment Strategy
The Investment Strategy will be to invest in a portfolio of
predominantly Australian listed securities, and some
Pre-IPO securities, in order to target an Absolute Return.
