SER holders should have held SER, VXL and Ionic.
They are now likely to be without VXL shares and will be swapping their SER shares for Ionic because SER is very likely to becomes insolvent.
So at the end of the day Ionic will probably be the 'last man standing'.
The schemes around SER saving VXL, Ionic saving SER etc etc are just dreams in my opinion. SER and VXL are likely write offs, Ionic is the future.
