From what I can determine the CR with Munich Partners Capital [MPC} is a private CR ahead of an IPO where one will be able to participate.
$5m will give MPC about 13% of Ionic I think = Ionic valued at say $45m - $50m , prior to the IPO
The new patent in USA sounds very positive
