They admitted that overseas funding was unsuccessful.
Happy to wait as long as it takes for an IPO so long as the companybcan keep moving forward.
It would be a travesty if they let the oppies expire - at least give existing holders loyalty options as replacements if they refrain from selling 6 months after IPO.
Anyway, bring on 2028
