Hi alanpro - the water membrane tech was sold to fund the Intelligent Materials buy. thus Ionic have nothing to gain now from it.
Ionic have failed to deliver an IPO thus far viz
could have listed on ASX a few years back but held off for better deal in Toronto.
Toronto did not proceed because $$$ only going into proven tech -
Same for the brief Nasdaq fling
Then along comes Munich Capital who pulled the pin @ 10th hour.
The lack of news from Ionic is a worry and without an annual report and half yearly report then that might impact on research funding
I am braced for the options to not be extended again - they were issued in 2017.
I for one will not be excising mine before June 30 2025 expiry - because of lack of news.
Hopefully we will hear from Ionic in near future
