    so SER were queried over value assigned to Ionic and SER maintaining low value in response to ASX

    in 12 months time one expects the Ionic vale will be worth more than present SER Market Cap of $4.37m - that is SER do not sell down Ionic.

    meanwhile any CR is using a very low valuation for the Ionic shares
