mar 1 sp was 48p, mar12, 40p, mar 18 28p
mar 21 announce the proposal to issue 2t shares @ 10p - to raise 2m pound
mar 21 sp 17p, mar 22 12p and then 10p until suspended on mar 27

suspended because of slow settlement - i guess those who bought on mar 18 @ 28p would be rather peeved about the CR @ 10p 3 days later
even those who bought @ 17p on march 21 have paid a lot more than the 10p CR on same day

the 2t shares were snapped up by cob mar 22 - so there are very keen investors

Cap-XX AGM is on April 23 - so hopefully all sorted by then and relisted

Implications for Ionic - my guess it has delayed the IPO by about 2 months, due to JV partner CR and getting their house in order

I hope we hear from Ionic soon after CAP-XX is relisted
