s144 - when this company finally lists it will do so at a large premium to its floated value as most American companies do...
It will be valued at many times AXE as most American companies are...
If anything it could allow people / brokers etc make comparisons between both companies values which will only help drive the SP of AXE to much higher levels..
The world needs more than one room temperature chip in this space and they'll be different countries wanting to deal with different companies...
Can you see this American company dealing with Japan or south Korea..?
I can see AXE dealing both the above quite easily...and this may spark other large cooperation's wanting to partner Archer to speed up this race.
So don't be too negative s144 this is a great space to invest your money into....
