it’s an awesome deal, don’t let anyone fool you. The only reason the share price is low is because it is really hard to integrate a business into another. The success is yet to be had. Ioof is not worth more ($3-5) at the moment, but if they manage to integrate mlc is is worth ten times the share price of today.
