Madamswear underlying when reviewing ifl accounts Not using ifl's underling of Anz. This presents a risk hedge for me. A "what if" if you like. Ifl on 2020 forecasts on a PE and yld basis look ok. But what if those forecasts fall short. I bet those forecasts are incorporating those underlying npat you are referring to. Maybe the share price is dropping because the market believes those forecast earnings won't be met. Maybe because it's other reasons. But for me, I have been on the sidelines because the share price before didn't represent value to me. Maybe that was just luck, maybe because I have been more conservative in my earnings outlook.
