I agree with you Thunder... the SP will not settle until the Royal Commission produces its final report and recommendations. Once that is done the market can digest the recommendations and take a view on what the recommendations mean and the likely impact on the SP. Only God knows when this will be but I suspect a month or two after the federal election and budget next year is the most likely timing.
