What a spanking. I note that Chris Kellahers new LTI Performance Rights will be TSR against a set of comparator companies. I hope that AMP is not amongst them otherwise it will be a gift no matter how poor IFL performs. I can smell a Telstra like Rem Report vote.
Contrast this to Adairs AGM held yesterday when proxies (over 100million) voted 99.7% in favour of the Rem Report, must be some kind of record.
Kellaher has a lot of ground to make up and a herculean effort if he can pull it off. My concern is that the swirl around the RC will start to affect key staff members who are required to make the ANZ acquisition and integration a success.

Australian fund managers are weak. They lack any conviction and have no guts to tough out a low AUD. The weak fund managers are letting prices slide as overseas investors pull out decimating fund member holdings. When the AUD stops falling the overseas fund managers will pile back in and soak up billions previously belonging to superannuation fund members. Super fund members are the biggest losers from this October rout.
