Interestingly spyda, the shorts had been getting stuck into TOL over the last few trading days in the run up to today's report and have been badly burned.
The monthly trading updates have continued to provide solid data, and we are yet to see any significant negative numbers on retail sales. IMO the stock has been grossly oversold, but time will tell I guess.
I am pretty sure however that Australians don't plan on packing up and going back to the dark ages without TVs, Fridges, Stereos and all the other modern gadgets.
