Houston Mission Control (Media release): "Senior Trajectory Analysts have advised Mission Control that further calibration is required to optimise the planned launch. Recalibration and final testing will be completed by 25th September, 2015, which will have the unexpected additional benefit that another launch scheduled for the same date, by another Agency, will allow the current mission to substantially benefit from the slipstream synergies of the larger satellite, thus increasing efficiencies and effectiveness of our planned launch trajectory pathway. It has been determined at Senior levels of Mission Control that this will bode well for all stakeholders in the mission" - ends.
