So yes, potentially $millions (damages and legal costs). lawyers will love them
I'd be more concerned about what else might get uncovered during these proceedings. There's a good reason why they settled previous court case with SK and paid him handsomely to keep his mouth shut.
So the money will dry up soon, with no money - AEE will dump them and the rest will be history.
I actually think ROVA seems like a more or less decent drone that may actually sell some. However, it's not iot's dron and they're simply a distributor so the margins will be tiny. And once iot do all the hard work for AEE, they'll get dumped with AEE reaping all the rewards.
I'd be buying shares in AEE if anything...
