If you look at this company it will be found to comply with the asx rules, thus there is no wrong doing in the eyes of the asx. ASIC is another ball game but they tend only to act on information supplied by the asx. Catch 22.
Anyone can start a company, extract investor money, show intent to look after the company and shareholders and at the same time milk the guts out of it. It happens all the time...wash , rinse , repeat. Nothing will ever change.
