I can only pass on the information provided, and it was unaltered.
Sure anyone could alter an email or messenger service, you will just have to trust or take my word for it that I have not, and have no reason to do so.

Just want to know the real answer so did all possible to find out.
I've got the real answer from AEE direct now, so unless someone from IOT or AEE can tell us the difference between the two apart from the badge, i'm sticking with what I have been advised.
