What you are referring to: "Kantor leaving will have no material effect on the company." was released on 21/09

Prior to: "The Company also commenced legal action against Mr Kantor to regain some of the IT systems that Mr Kantor transferred into his own name after he had been terminated." (4/10)

You will notice a difference in tone between the two announcements.
