Yup I agree, I for one think the whole SK situation should not be underestimated, as it could potentially pose big issues/delays.

What ever he did, it must be quite substantial though if IOT is planning to go to court over it, despite them stating in the announcement that they have a very strong preference to settle the matter asap...admitting to the unavoidable costs associated both financially and resource/time wise, which I'm sure they don't need right now. Suggesting to me that it's a matter of necessity, than a decision from a position of power.

I understand they might not be able to disclose details, but I just wish they would at least clarify whether it has to do with anything which might hinder the progress of the Roam-e.
