The quickest resolution for theft is to involve the police. The threat of a criminal record and possible jail term is usually a great catalyst for instant remorse. As IOT seem not to have done this, but have preferred to take it through the courts indicates to me that SK has a defence for his actions in transferring those IT systems into his own name. Which, as IOT say, will cost them in time and money.
