I don't recall seeing an prior ann that Bryan Corlett has been appointed CEO of IOT US (as opposed to last years anns that he Top Tech - the exclusive US distributor, and also involved in the aborted mozzie hoverboard acquisition) . In todays preso he is quoted as such in the 2nd to last slide. And in the last financials IOT Aust only owned 70% of IOT US.......end of qtr cash and HY and FY financials will be interesting...
Can anyone point me to the ANN on establishing IOT US and appointed CEO - I know someone has been asking who owns the other 30%.........
