Why is this your target price? It's current valuation is $3.53 for a $9.8 billion market cap. For the $100 price you're suggesting the price will go up 28 fold with IOTA having a $277,000,000,000 market cap.
cryptomarkets a whole is valued at $582 billion currently with Bitcoin being valued at $330 billion dollars.
I am an IOTA holder, but that's a wee bit unrealistic. Unless of course you meant $10 valuation
