And if Ismail was a Director at the time of the loan, doesn't that look strange? A current board member of IOU and IDSB was a director at Birch Capital at the time of the loan, yet everything mentioned in Affidavits from Aaron and others just mention Kennth's wife as being the current Director and don't give any historical context as to when the loan was first given. I wish we knew when that loan to Birch Capital was drawn up. I think an exact date would tell us a lot.
