Does this really pass the pub test?

Regardles of whether it was before the first allegations came against Dunlop in court or not.Piminik loans Aaron $900,000 interest free, to be paid back in 12 monthly payments of $75,000.

As of the date of the affidavits only $146,000 has been paid back - not even 2 installments.Security on the loan was 3,000,000 IOU shares which in 2021, with their share value, would probably make sense, but now those shares are only worth $123,000.

If the loan was not paid back in 12 months, then Piminik had the right to take over those 3,000,000 shares. Currently, Aaron is way past due of the last payment for the loan. As far as I am aware, the shares have never been claimed from Aaron to Piminik. Why has this not happened?

The value of the security against the loan is now only worth $123,000 yet he owes $754,000 still and it is well overdue from the stated terms on the loan agreement presented to court.

I am sure we have all had personal loans for many things from cars, boats, homes, etc. When have you ever been given or held a loan where the asset against that loan has been of lesser value to what you owe?

Does that pass the pub test???????????????????
