It's quite amazing/ There is a clear breach here - it's even presented in documents as evidence in the affidvaits by Aaron. Yet nothing has been done and the current Board met about this and decided there is no impropriety. How the heck can that be the case? Stock being put up as security to the loan. Then Aaron is in breach of loan conditions but nothing has been called in on the loan and now $754,000 outstanding against stock worth only $123,000.
And still the BOD finds no wrong doing!
