That's not something they would declare. HC already moderated posts showing the offers, so that is between Finran and IOU. We will know when anything is announced to market, but for me, if neither offer is accepted by IOU, then it is obviously a share grab for votes at the EGM, as both offers from Finran are in the shareholders best interests at the moment (at least IMO). That can still be defeated by those wanting the new BOD, but you MUST vote for that to happen. I know I keep banging on about it, but a lot of people can be quite apathetic with this and I really don't want them to be, so you'll probably see similar posts to this from me over the next few weeks before the AGM
