In Australia there is a very high bar to jump - ID coupled with the new director ID number, then in turn connected to international Anti Money Laundering legislation, which Malaysia is a signatory to and governs shareholding, drilling down to anybody who has an interest, including Trusts, beneficiaries (regardless of age or condition). To some extent self interest covers the theory - balanced between being caught out and preserving a bank account
