One bit doesn’t sit right with me. Why would Paul Russell ask for funds to be transferred out of escrow? His duties in theory were investor and media relations. What does a transfer of funds have to do with him? And then straight after that request, Aaron suddenly wants to transfer over $2.3M to the Australian account with the excuse he wanted 12 months of funds for future costs. Would like to look back and see where IOU ever previously put 12 months worth of funds into the Australian account - especially when they are looking to do a CR of $5M to $7M for BNPL. Does that not sound strange?
