IOU has just popped up on my radar.
Looks very interesting as others have suggested:
- Price is currently trading at previous historic highs - Support
- MACD is record low levels
- 200mda currently 26.5c
The fact that IOU is currently trading at two major support levels (200mda and previous historic highs) I would expect strong resistance and atleast a relief bounce. IOU has never tested 25-26c before so will be interesting to see how this trades.
There is a gap at 20c so could possibly overshoot for a short period with a quick bounce afterwards.
I've dipped my toes in at 26c but will load up on any panic - overshoot to close the gap (which may not happen)The first target would be the 50 moving day average currently at 33.5c but dropping fast. Has proven to be strong resistance.
