No I didn't... I was keeping it simple for arguments sake. You are correct though other cost should be included in both, as the team and costs are there regardless. I also didn't reduce the TTV by the amount paid immediately back by the buyer, and didn't allow for payback periods of 6 months etc.

Point of the simple numbers wasn't to get it exactly correct, - we don't have the detailed breakdown of numbers to do that. Point was to show that your "analysis" was very misleading..
