Yeah, as soon as the IDSB deal landed, red flags went up for me also. It was pretty blatant and transparent.
But there is often hope with administration, as you and I know.
Debt doesn't seem to be too high at IOU but a recapitalisation of some magnitude will be required and, of course, the funder will extract a significant dilution of existing shareholders.... something equating to a pound of flesh
