Through another lens around 50% of Republicans in this very red state support Trump. If not for Trump's criminality, policy chaos and self serving laziness his Iowa support would be over 90% IMO.

So while Trumpists and Putinists celebrate, their actual road to the White House maybe rocky IF around 50% of Republicans would prefer someone else.

Disaffected Republicans may chose not to vote at all.

Also, the bad weather may have skewed the voting stats.
