IMO all valid points have been discussed and is worrying yes. Disappointing also as ECT did the SPP to raise money to secure the IP from the calleja's (i think it was them). You would think there was no strings attached......so who discovered the waste heat drying thing first? jott or callejas? not sure but I know its the shareholders that are hurting.

My take is they we are sourcing the innovation patent as a short term fix so we can move forward while we solve the main patent issue. This will give ECT some protection and tincom confidence so we can proceed (thats if this is what is holding up Tincom as we are speculating). Any how IMO I think this is a good plan B to atleast be proactive and keep the ball rolling.

With out IP we are in trouble.....no IP, no tincom, no ECT.

Options are being dumped in big sums over the past days...so there are a few nervous holders like my self reducing there exposure to the risk.....i am not at that point yet
