If I am reading the paper trail correctly, AUN should get the minimum required to complete the transaction and pay MDI $6M. The value of the remaining $6M in equity is going to be less certain in either direction. If so, MDI will have the money to advance their Barkly projects which should be good for all in the region.
Doesn't change the fact that MDI are not targeting a drilling start until May which could mean several more months for assays.
Inca (besides having far superior ground IMO) should get a start in March/April. I would hope that means substantially earlier assays on Mt Lamb etc.
