They are working on the phones now that will be released in 18-24 months time. Even if they accept that they want to use the technology the implementation and revenue could be years off. IMO
For me I am satisfied to ride the wave when it comes in. Too much speculation on what may or may not come to pass, in the absence of actual news, can be damaging to the soul (Old Queensland saying). Patience is a virtue that is very necessary in this game.
