How about people read the half-year or full year accounts, specifically the Notes to the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
As LBT is part of the CCS JV all specific production, development and testing costs associated with APAS bed to be carved out from general operating costs so that (a) they can get reimbursed their 50% share, and then (b) their core cost base, or share of APAS costs, can get capitalised on the Balance Sheet as an asset under Intelectual Property.
has nothing to do with legal costs etc., and any inference that it is is misleading.
