The patent is an interesting issue. If it is the patent holding up progress, rather than a drawn out potential courtcase which could take monthes or possibly another yr (mean while destroying momentum and sentiment), maybe being open minded to some type of settlement or negotiation with jott is an option.
I think momentum is key, and if a quick settlement is an option to tie over the patent ip issue for mine this may be worth considering. Dont know if i can sit in limbo for another 6 monthes with another cr, more dilution and no news....imo ect will fall over if this occurs.
i certainly dont want to lose tincom....and there has been plenty of talk about china / india for monthes but nothing yet. I think a general update from ect is needed to clarify where we are at as clearly something is up as per the silence on announcements.
While we are in the dark we are all speculating.
On a positive note some one is keen as a lazy 700K heads picked up on close. However I cant believe options are on sale for 1.5c.....
