And to compliment what you are saying,
which also addresses the main discussion i am focussing on,
i don't think that getting $1.5 mill for the marketing agreement (for Coldry that is)
will in any way offer the level of Tincom/ESI commitment that some investors are waiting for.

What i am after, which i think WILL bolster the Tincom/ESI commitment, is for us to have completed the next necessary study and to have all the boxes being ticked for the building of the plant - which is some time away from happening due to practical factors.

If Tincoms delegates are in Melbourne as we speak, then i think this is what they will be getting underway, after having already tried to commit to it via the last ceremony of ministerial signatories.

Exciting times are ahead IMO and the $1.5 mill won;t be the backstop, but it may push the price a bit higher due to the nature of the value fo the share issue that will ensue. Whether or not that will be sustained without the study having been done, we will soon find out.
