if LJC dumped, would AEB need to issue a 605

LJC were issued half a million odd

with no less than 47m AEB shares on issue, LJC had or has less than .012% of the AEB stock

so no need for a 605 to ann change in holding

however, with Patto's issue of 12.5m....

we won't know for some time yet, but it's a fair bet they did not manage to offload even 15% of their 12.5m issued scrip in the dump

the market will decide where the sp should go

a pissant post on hc won't cut it
