    Can anyone shed a little light on where HMO stands with protecting their intellectual property?

    I refer to section 8.5 of their prospectus, page 39.

    They state they have not registered any patents. What is stopping one of the major social media groups duplicating what is clearly a brilliant idea???

    PS: since I am on the topic of infringements I won't paste the extract from the prospectus
