My understanding of PAA's IP position, and the ins-and-outs of patents in general, is pretty poor.
I know MPL has been in the veterinary market for a long time, both alone and in combination, as sheep drench.
Can anyone here give a succinct history/summary of MPL, how PAA came to possess human and companion animal IP, and how secure and durable the IP is.
Thought having a thread to direct people asking similar questions to would be worhwhile.
