Who confuses chat with action?
Idling away the time with a few calls on timing does not mean it isn't going to happen.
The matter is not time-critical unless you are trading....in which case the trader is likely to do the opposite of showing their hand before taking a position.
That's like telling someone they're a fool when they've taken an excellent LT position.
