That's the big question - we will get some idea of this fairly soon i would say - Voluntary administration? - hmm any accountants here - does this mean that the creditors get paid cents in the dollar? - or will there be a capital reconstruction a la Chapter 11 in the US? or does the IP get sold to the highest bidder - which almost certainly will be an overseas coy.

My analysis FWIW is that the whole thing just got too hard in structural terms and so the directors decided to pull the plug and get the mess cleaned up.

The tech is solid and works and contracts are ready so whoever gets the IP gets the benefit.

So I guess I just wait to see whether there is a new equity offer.
