I think due to delays, we may see this dip down to around 2c. there is no doubt it will go up on announcements of achieving their milestones, however the delays have done damage and thus suppressing the share price because some investors have become impatient and see opportunities elsewhere.
I'm holding because I expect some movement in the next quarter.
