I have seen this happen before and know people who have been on the receiving end of this.
Let's hope they get their candidate up and work collaboratively.
A stock I'm in had this happen with all parties actively on HC forming the consortium, they had money and destain for the Board. That all faded away and the company went into a slide. I'm still in it, currently a massive loss but improving slightly every year.
