BOD didn’t participate in raise at all time lows so I’m guessing there expecting to get in lower if they do a vend in the next few years .
Remember those that were saying 009 raise will not go lower here we are at 006 with very small interest from buyers . Same sort of action when we were at 1c prop and sell a pip up … By the looks lows arnt in yet as it hasn’t capitulated and no large volume to make the floor ..
NEN is a good reminder of not all there plays go well
